Information to provide for your conference or workshop

All rooms are equipped according to the JDIQ technical standards. The equipment listed below is automatically included and does not need to be requested:

• 1 lectern with 1 microphone
• 1 table at the front with 2 chairs

U-shaped setup requests will be considered, but are limited by the number of rooms that can accommodate this configuration.

All last-minute and on-site requests will be assessed based on equipment availability, technical constraints and associated costs, and cannot be guaranteed.
