The JDIQ 2025 will take place from May 30 to June 3 at the Palais des congrès in Montreal.
For security reasons, all participants must wear a visible badge at all times. Since the Palais des congrès is a public space, only registered participants with a badge can access the congress areas.
– The quality of home printers may vary, and it is essential that the badge is printed in color to properly identify participant categories.
– Additionally, the QR code contains several critical pieces of information and must be readable to be correctly scanned.
The Palais des congrès in Montreal is the only venue in Quebec capable of hosting the large number of JDIQ attendees. Its capacity, facilities, and infrastructure are specially adapted to meet the logistical and technical needs of this large-scale event.
Course notes from Monday and Tuesday’s conferences, when available, are accessible via a hyperlink at the bottom of the conference description on the mobile app. Download the mobile app (Jdiq2024) from Google Play Store or iOS.
Breaks during conferences are at the discretion of the speaker. Some presentations include breaks, while others do not.
In 2024, the JDIQ bag distribution was located in the exhibition hall to avoid crowding at the main entrance and allow for smooth traffic flow. For JDIQ 2025, the bag distribution booths will once again be located at the back of the hall at each end.
Each participant earns 2.5 CEUs per conference for the congress days on Monday and Tuesday.
There are several reasons why a conference may not appear on your certificate, including:
– To receive the CEUs associated with a conference held on Monday or Tuesday, the participant must have recorded their attendance within the first 45 minutes of the presentation. Anyone arriving after this deadline will not receive the CEUs for the conference and will not be able to claim them after the congress.
– To receive these units, the participant must attend the entire conference.
